Missio Dei
This concerns the bridging of cultures in Christ with the following global and local affects.
a. Right Understanding of the Gospel of Jesus
b. Church Growth: i. Christian Denominationalism ii. Ecumenism
This concerns the quantitative and qualitative growth of local churches/conferences
c. Christian – Muslim and other Faith Relations: The true New Testament teaching is not to disrespect other religions and cultures but to help heal all World, Primal and Folk religions.
d. Internationalism (Migration, Developmental Strategies, Globalization)
e. Right kinship/relational networks – Clan, tribal, diaspora/roots (ex., African-American connections with African cultures via several areas like the Castles in Ghana, family memberships, farming, arts and crafts etc.
Leadership Emergence, Selection and Development
Current and emerging leaders will receive mentoring and helped within the following areas: Church, Business Organizations, Civics and Politics. In the light of this objective development can be brought effectively to various communities led by participants and receptors.
Total Quality Management Systems
Human Resource Development, Occupational Safety, Food Safety, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, Preventive Maintenance etc. by ISO measurements. This will help major organizations improve their products especially for international markets and competition.
Counseling – Marital, Family, Palliative/Terminal Ill Care, Crises, Grief Counseling etc.
The rate of divorce, particularly, in the church is unacceptable. The root causes and not just surface issues of such and all other crises will be checked.
Organizational Development
The checking of toxicity and abuse between spiritual and material developments in the church and other organizations.
